i think we should show Stephanie as fans that we support her in her choice even if we don't agree. And let her know we care then give her a little moral support its the lest we can do after she DID give us the Twilight saga!!!!!!!
p.s. don't think that I don't want Midnight Sun less than you do that would be a misunderstanding but what would you do if you were Stephanie?
you shouls ask voters to leave their last name and their real names so that their votes will be valid in the petition..
stephene should be given some time to recover and maybe in time she will get back on track and write her book for all of her loving fans...
if i were stephene i would need some time to recuperate and heal so maybe if we all let her know that we care and we wish she would finish, given the time i think stephene will get the vedure to finish this wonderful saga that we all love and appreciate

I think she should write all 4 books (not just midnight sun) in Edwards perspective. I am just dying to know what he is thinking during there break up, wedding, honeymoon, birth and so on. These books are such a great hit, I know everyone will buy them.
I'm pretty sure that everyone that takes the time to put there name down and uctually look this up like I did, arent gonna put an unvalid name on here...personaly. I LOVE Twilight and have finished the saga. I am going to read them again until hopefully and im praying that Stephanie will continue writing Midnight sun! :)

hey if you havent heard Stephenie said that she is going to wait about 2 YEARS to even start writing again on Midnight Sun!!! She wants to wait untill she is sure everyones forgoten about Midnight Sun!!! of corse I will NEVER EVER forget about Midnight Sun OR the Twilight saga, but maybe if we leave her alone she will write more and sooner!!so try to tell everyone to stop talking about it!! when she hears no more about it she will keep writing and then maybe it will get published sooner!!

i think that people should have never had done this. stephenie meyer,the twilight cast,and fans were all hurt by idiotic move from some jerks who don't care about others. i did ead midnight sun but i only read it on stephenie meyers official web site.stephenie should finish writing midnight sun because when i read the twilight series my mom and my sister knew that me and my other sister had changed. we barley fought because we were too busy reading,we had something to do when we came home from school not just sit on the couch and watch t.v. or going on the computer.stephenie meyer gave me a life and while reading all the books i always laughed just out of the blue and didnt know why it just came out. i got to talk more to my sister just like we were best friends. basically what im trying to state i that stephenie meyer if youre reading this finish midnight sun because the twilight cast and youre fans love youre writing and you. we need you.

To stephenie Meyer, if you're reading this my name is kim, before i read the twilight saga i didnt read literally for two years it was so difficult for me to find a book that would keep my interest but this series i couldnt get enough of. I found myself staying up late not wanting to wait to see what happend next. I would read every chance i got and my friends and family saw a change. During the book i felt all Bellas emotion i cryed when she was curled up in the woods i got butterflies every time he touched her i felt her being torn between edward and jacob and the drive to be with both. I connected with Bella on a level it seems i havent been able to connect with in real life. It became almost an addiction and now that i know its over i cant help but feel lost. I am very sorry that so idiot didnt have enough respect to just wait, but even though u have posted the the Midnight sun draft on your web site, i WILL NOT read it. I am waiting with an endless hope that maybe one day you will change your mind. Beyond that i want to thank you from the bottom of my hear and with the proof of the tears streaming down my face, thank you so so so much for writing in the first place you really changed my life and i've been waiting so long for someone or something to do that, you were my releif and for those two weeks i spent intranced in twilight, eclipes, new moon, and breaking dawn I am for ever greatful that you wrote them and once again i am holding on to a hope of maybe reading the finished, published full story in edward perspective of midnight sun.

if you are reading this thanks. I love twilight soo much it is the best saga - and books, ive ever read. before twilight i l;iterally hadnt read anything in about two years. I saw the first move and heard that alot of people in my class were reading twilight. when i saw the movie with my friends, jessie and claire, i had to read the series. jessie had bought twilight already and was done and on new moon so she said i culd read it. it took me only a week. now i finished eclipse two days ago and my mom said i have to wait untill she reads breaking dawn or untill 6th grade to read it. im in the last semester of 5th grade so im urging her to read it....
i know why she doesnt want me to read it but my friend jessie has read the fourth book.... i wish somebody would make a revised version. then i could go back and readd it through. its really hard for me to read anything else still and now but maybe ill work on midnight sun for a while... it sounds interesting. oh, well, too bad the cullen world has to end, SIGH, why did stephanie (you) have to leave us on such a cliff hander at the end of eclipse?!?!?? it almost makes me want to go read breaking dawn behind her back.. but i wont. okay, gotta run.

I do believe that Mrs. Meyer will finish the "books" but I also believe that we need to keep on telling her as "FANS" that we do love them very dearly and as TRUE FANS will we wait not matter how long it takes for midnight or the other 3 books from edward perspective to be done...also like miss teamcullenluvya324 said.. she does need time to heal... i kow i would need time to heal after a blow like that ...but if mrs. meyer is reading these... I don't know what it is about the books but they suck you right in and you feel like you are right there experiencing the emotions(like Jasper). If you stop writing i might die. The Twilight Saga is all i read and all i will ever read. So please write more books with the Characters in them or other emotional books. As a great man (Vampire) said YOU ARE MY LIFE NOW.

Stephanie - I completely support you in your choice to take some time before finishing Midnight Sun. I can understand how it might come out if you keep writing now. Even though you posted the unfinished draft on your own site, I am personally going to wait for the official copy to come out in stores, do the right thing, and buy it. Your books are great and my 11 year old son and I enjoyed them a great deal! Keep up the great work and take it easy!

I know you feel under a lot of pressure from the newspapers and all that. but one day you'll feel that edward will wait no longer and hopefully you will grant his wish and write down his story.
Me, like every other twilight fan in the whole world has been sucked in by the amazing twilight saga, once we finish reading the whole series, there is a hole inside us where edward, bella and everyone else used to stand. We all feel terribly lonely without edward, bella, jacob and the cullens constantly whispering in our ears.
I hope you will find it in you to eventually forgive those trusted people who illegally posted the first 12 chapters of Midnight Sun onto the internet, and carry on doing what you do best-weaving beautiful stories.
Please, for all of your forever loyal, loving and hopeful fans i.e. twilighters. Let Edward tell us his tale, we're all perched on the edge of our seats waiting for that moment....

I think the one thing that would get Stephenie writing Midnight Sun again would be a reminder from her fans that Edward DESERVES it!! She needs to remember the reason that she even started Midnight Sun and she needs to keep writing FOR EDWARD! He really does deserve it for not killing Bella--I think someone should write Stephenie a letter saying Edward deserves it and having a printout of the petition attached. Also, I think Stephenie really should write a very sad book that is totally unrelated to Twilight or any of that about someone who is betrayed--a tragedy--and of course she would be published because everyone knows that all of Stephenie's fans would immediately sprint to the book store and buy a copy and recommend it to their friends, and then Stephenie would get happy and feel good enough to finish Midnight Sun. Later is better than never!
I just realized that it would be a great idea for Stephenie to write a new version of Twilight just for fun if she feels it would help her feelings--a book that answers the question "What if?" She could choose the question, of course--it could be "What if Edward loses control and kills Bella and starts dating Angela?" or "What if Edward kills the guy who attacked Bella?" although of course nothing would happen, "Whhat if Edward saved Bella and his siblings took her away to safety but then James or Victoria killed him?" there are endless tragedies that could have come between Edward and Bella, maybe writing that would help Stephenie's state of mind

It was a great priviledge to have read your books. It is true what everybody says: it brings a change. Since I've started reading the books - I'm reading them now for the 4th time in 3 months - it is all that I can think about. I don't think there will ever be another story like your Twilight Saga.
I know that someone let your 5th novel leak over the internet. I read the draft that you had on your site and I want to say that if you ever do decide to finish Midnight Sun, I will buy the book. I won't think twice about it and I know about ALOT of people here in JHB/South Africa that will buy your book.
It will be amazing to have the whole saga from Edward's perspective. I will pay thousands to have all of them if you do decide to write the whole series from Edward's perspective.
You said you will write again if everybody forgets about Midnight Sun. I don't think the fans - especially me - will ever forget. When you love a story, you never forget. I still remember stories from my childhood and the Twilight Saga was THE BEST I have ever read or heard from.
PLEASE publish Midnight Sun :-) It will make my Millenium.
